Talk It Out or Suffer Silently
Updated: May 11
All of us have that little thing clinging on to our minds and disturbing its peace. It can be an argument with family, colleagues or even total strangers. It can be a difficult situation we did not anticipate . It can be anything. Our mind is wired to register negative experiences faster than anything else and hold on to them for long time. If we do not vent out at the right time , negative thoughts eat up the positive thoughts of the mind thereby taking away the peace and replacing it with suffering. Therefore, it is very important to talk it out. Anything that is circling your mind over and over again needs to come out. You can speak about it to your friend or you can share it with a counsellor or you can share it with people who are going through the same restless ness as you. Once you talk about it , you will immediately feel better and lighter. It is an instant therapy. Hence, talking about it , sharing your problems with others in speech or in writing is important for you else you will inevitable let yourself suffer.
