I understand. It is a lot of struggle. I have similar situation and feel like running away . Is it worth it ? But I hang in there. Take help. No harm.
I was on the verge of break down then took professional help and it really helped.
Get a help permanently. It is expensive but you will get a life.
My baby brother is also a special kid. I like to babysit him but I also get tired. It's a cycle. We take turns at home to babysit him.
These days there is more awareness about special people. Join community which is focussed at social life for differently abled. When they meet people of same background, it will be easy for you to manage.
