I have severe asthma and I rest after walking for 5 mins.

I have severe asthma and I am unable to walk or do any activity for long . I am forced to take a break every 5 mins else my breathing becomes very difficult . I feel decapacitated and handicap. Leading life with this level of asthma sucks.
