Immediately take an official action. The more you delay the more it will go against you.
If you have not done anything then give a legal notice immediately . These matters are always gonin favour of women.
Such cases have become common. bend laws for their personal vengeance
Never take such matters casually. This can tarnish your image for lifetime. Give a solid response back if you are truly innocent .

Sexual harassment cases at work place are on the rise and more and more companies are putting together stringent policies to manage it. If an employee is accused of such an act , he has complete legal right to defend himself. The law allows for it. In case you are convinced that it is a false allegation then formally make a case to the POSH committee of your work place and follow the process. It can lasts for months as there will an investigation. You need to be committed ,be patient and stay strong. A formal complaint will add weight to your argument and is absolutely necessary as it can have a lasting impact on your career and personal life.
